Put a face to the service
In local real estate, people want to know who they will be talking to. The consultant appears in the opening section and has her own page.

The website supports a real estate consultant working in Évora and the surrounding area. It opens on a personal note — the consultant, the city and the service — and each following page answers one specific intent: buying, selling, requesting a valuation or browsing properties.
It is a family business project developed by Diogo Oliveira. We show it for the structure and implementation work it demonstrates, not as a client won commercially.
In local real estate, people want to know who they will be talking to. The consultant appears in the opening section and has her own page.
Buyers and sellers ask different questions. Each journey needed its own page and its own next step.
WhatsApp, phone, email and a form needed to be close at hand, without sending visitors off to look for a contact page.
Titles, URLs and copy name Évora and the service people look for, such as selling a home or requesting a valuation in the city.
Diogo Oliveira developed the website. This list covers what is published and what the project codebase confirms.
A homepage for buyers that explains the process in three steps and leads to the property portfolio.
The stages of a sale, reasons to work with the consultant, an FAQ and a free valuation request.
The factors considered, what owners receive and how a commercial estimate differs from a formal or bank valuation.
Support with valuation, marketing, negotiation and paperwork, explained separately for sellers and buyers.
Properties shown as cards with a photo and a name by type and location.
WhatsApp with a pre-filled first message, phone, email and a form with subject and message.
Articles about buying and selling a home, with search, categories and tags.
Évora and nearby towns appear in page titles, service descriptions and property names.
Buying, selling, valuations and advice each have their own URL and title, so every page can answer a local search without mixing intents.
The portfolio shows the kind of properties the consultant works with. We do not attribute any completed deals to the website.
The button opens a chat with a first message already written, suited to visitors who prefer a quick question to a form.
The page separates a free commercial estimate from a formal valuation, so requests arrive with the right expectations.
Screenshots of the public website (Portuguese interface) taken in November 2026. They show no completed forms or client data.
The valuation page keeps the service explanation and shows the estimate request button at full screen width.
We can structure pages around the enquiries the business receives, explain each service clearly and make contact more direct — under your agency’s brand if needed.
